That was New York City, not Milwaukee. Any word what that video is for yet?

Wow. That Milwaukee video breaks my mind. Mattie has been following the ARG though various Wiki's that have shown up, but we're not sure where this is going. The date countdown on the site does coincide with the last episode of Battlestar Galactica I think, but that's probably just a coinkidink. Though the video is not based on the real Milwaukee obviously, there are a few real Milwaukee institutions noted in the credits, so someone around here is involved.

Holy crap... People other than Pete and I still post here? And since when does Marquette have a sponsored LAN event?

NS and anyone else who was a "Real Ghostbusters" cartoon fan in the 80's.

They have finally released the cartoons to DVD!
The Good - This is a COMPLETE SERIES DVD set instead of just releasing them season by season.
- Features over 12 hours of bonus material including video introductions to each episode.
- Commentaries on several episodes by J.M.S.

The Bad - $180 price tag, limited edition only, and only available through TIME LIFE (so unfortunately Amazon and other discount retailers won't be getting these).

Here's the link:

oh...and to CJOS, I am suprised they even tried to pass that off as being Milwaukee. Not even close! It seems that the producers of this video and the creators of 1993's film version of The Fugitive share one thing in common....they think Milwaukee has an El!

I found this link on Facebook and after doing some research, it could be a viral video for some new video game or movie coming out. I'd like to hear what you guys think:

I realize that I am the only member on these boards that could actually sign up for this event at MU, but I figured I would keep the "alumni" up to date with a cool new MU tradition:

EagleCon, Marquette's only university-supported LAN (local area network) party, hosted by Eta Kappa Nu, will hold its semi-annual event Saturday, Nov. 22, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Students and staff must provide their own desktop or laptop computers for a day of network gaming.

Admission is free, but registration is required.

Remember the ANSI, Red Dragon original?

Also, I didn't know Seth Robinson was living in Japan now. What a guy!

...and I'll have to see if I can get Nexuiz running on the Sony laptop. (My only Windows machine at the moment.)
