I varies a bit but for the next one I'm going to be pushing for Unreal Tournament 3, Team Fortress 2, Sins of a Solar Empire, and Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance. But basically it's whatever enough people have, or whatever we can easily share (there's some lower-tech but good free games out there).
